If you did your homework from last week, you should now have some good resolutions that are actually attainable. Good. That puts you well ahead of the game, but resolutions alone don't yield results. Better fitness and/or weight loss comes from behavior - what you do and what you don't do on a consistent basis, and this where everyone seems to have the greatest amount of struggle.
